In all types of organizations, the leaders need to focus on the up-gradation of leadership skills. These are regarded as fundamental in leading to the effective functioning of the organizations. The main objective of this training package is to focus on the importance of purposeful leadership. In addition, the leaders are well-aware of the fact that in leading to the effective functioning of the organization, they need to focus on fostering belonging in the Workplace environment.
Leadership is any behavior that influences the actions and attitudes of others to achieve certain results. Leadership in itself is neither good nor bad. Societal values determine whether the leadership of an individual is positive or negative, based on the goals and results being pursued and, on the means, used to influence others.
What is Belonging?
Belonging is the feeling of security and support when there is a sense of acceptance, inclusion, and identity for a member of a certain group or place. It’s the basic fundamental drive to form and maintain lasting, positive, and significant relationships with others. At the workplace, these relationships can be extended to the organization and its values and to the work itself.
